• A: Yes, absolutely. We use non-toxic, child-safe oils. Every piece is carefully hand-sanded to ensure perfectly smooth edges and zero splinters, making them 100% safe for little hands. We made EU certification. 

• A: We are a family brand based in Ukraine, and most of our products are lovingly handcrafted and shipped directly from our Ukrainian workshop. We also have a selection of bestsellers stored in a US fulfillment center for faster delivery. Look for the "Ship from USA" badge on the product page.

Q:  Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• A: We ship worldwide - FREE standard shipping to USA and Germany (estimated 7-12 days). All others countries - the shipping cost will be visible in the cart( aprox 6-15$).

• A: Yes, it is completely safe! Ukrainian postal services (Ukrposhta and Nova Post) operate efficiently and have stable transit routes through EU hubs. We have successfully shipped thousands of orders worldwide without interruptions.

• A: Processing your handcrafted item usually takes 1-2 business days. Standard international shipping to the USA and Europe typically takes 7–14 business days. Australia - 14-20 days. Canada - 9-12 days.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

• A: For USA customers: No, there are no import duties. We ship with DDP for USA.

  With Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), you see the full order cost at checkout with no unexpected charges at delivery.

   For EU & UK customers: No, there are no import duties. We ship with PDDP for EU & UK. 

  With Postal Delivery Duty Paid (PDDP), you see the full order cost at checkout with no unexpected charges at delivery.

• A: We love custom ideas! If you want a specific engraving, a customized tracing board, or a unique holder size, please contact us via the contact form or email - threewood2017@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

• A: Yes, we frequently partner with Montessori schools, Waldorf kindergartens, and eco-toy shops worldwide. Please reach out to us at threewood2017@gmail.com with your estimated order size, and we will provide a wholesale pricing.

• A: We want you and your child to love our products. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  Accepted Return Situations

  1. If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing flaw, simply send us clear photos or a short video. We’ll respond with a solution — a replacement, refund, or repair guidance, depending on the case.
  2. We’ll promptly send out any missing or correct components at no cost to you.
     
  3. Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can’t apply promotions retroactively. However, we’ll gladly issue you a personal coupon for a future purchase.
  4. If an order is sent back without coordination, any resulting fees (including shipping and customs duties) will be deducted from your refund.
     

  Refund Process & Timeline

  Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
